If we were to have a black female US Senator after the 2024 Elections, Carper of DE has to retire.

If Carper-DE retires, Lisa Blunt Rochester is likely to suceed Carper.
Ruben Gallego becomes US Senator of AZ.
Adam Schiff becomes US Senator of CA.
John Sarbanes becomes US Senator of MD if Cardin decides not to seek re-election.
Elissa Slotkin becomes US Senator of MI.
Becca Balint becomes US Senator of VT if Sanders decides not to seek re-election.
