How will VA US Representative Jennifer McClellan do as a US Senate candidate in 2026?
Assuming Mark Warner does not seek re-election. McClellan will be the 1st black female US Senator from VA. The DEMDVA states will at least have a black female US Senator in DE,MD,and VA. Blunt Rochester in DE,Alsobrooks in MD, and McClellan in VA.
