a friend of mine taught me how to use my iphones camera view and not take a picture but enlarge the screen to see the label.

Both apple and android have combo flashlight magnifier apps that let you read fine print more easily without first having to take a photo.
You can also translate at the same time using Google translate.

I just got a new "everything" charger that came with A teeny tiny instruction sheet. I put it in my printer, set it to copy, and enlarged to 200%. NOW I can read it easily.
