About the '.exe' Part. Any info about it when you right click and look at properties? Go to the Version tab at the top to see date and creator.

Best to run a Malware scan ASAP.

No previous versions. Says created on November 25, 2016 at 2:56 PM. Application. I have run Malware, virus and spyware scans and nothing has come up. I don't think I was on the computer at that time.

Apparently stores exe files in Program Data, so do a couple of other programs. The string of text and numbers in the file name looks to me like the backup files when you install MS Office but I don't think they have an exe.

All I can say is; if it was my computer I'd probably do a system restore to see if it returned by itself. It may very well be innocent, but you don't want to be taking risks. Sorry can't be of more help.

And Google Chrome. I never use Google Chrome, I use Firefox and Internet Explorer. There have been no consequences.
