On your Windows 10 PC, you go to the Microsoft Store, input "Northern Lights" into the search and you get this result:



eta: Notice it said "compatible". That means it was released ORIGINALLY for W10 but you can use it for those other OS'es too. Usually (Egnever can correct me here if I'm wrong), MS does not release new stuff for old OS'es unless 1- it's a security patch, 2- it's a Service Pack or 3- they are bug-fixing something old that they still maintain.

I'm really scratching my head here..... so never mind.
