Can't recall exactly why, but I really didn't like it and have avoided it ever since.

But I have seen several annoying problems in Microsoft Edge. Recently Microsoft announced that they were doing a major revamp of edge, throwing out the Edge engine and bringing in the Chrome engine. They can do that, since Chrome is open-source. So we will either get the best of both worlds, or the worse of both. Who knows? There is always Firefox.
