File format for writing journal with embedded MP3s

I have a series of recordings in MP3.

I want to create an emailable document that includes the MP3s but prefaces them with explanatory text.

Eg.

He calls me an idiot

(Idiot.mp3)

He sends me to wrong address

(Wrongadd.MP3)

...and so on.

Must work on Windows 10 and iPhone

1. Might look into using Youtube ... there's free developer tools and you can upload stuff for free ...

Then you're just emailing a link, don't have to worry about emailing some huge document-thingie ...

You can have it be only viewable by you, and also only available to those who you send the link to (and it's a complex URL).

Also you could superimpose messages on the mp3 directly. Lots of youtube music vids are basically mp3s with superimposed messages over a background picture.

Just throwing it out there.

They will NOT watch a video

They will go ballistic if they think this is “out there on the Internet”.

I will likely have to play this on my iPhone with no network

version on your PC (as opposed to the 365 online version ... may still be possible there, but I'm less sure).

Then you'd some kind of 'Word Viewer for Iphone' app on the iPhone.

The mp3 attachments should stay properly mixed with the text in the body of the email message.
