appspot.com SPAM

I been getting numerous Spam emails from this domain for everything from Costco to porn. Blocking seems to do nothing. I looks like the domain is owned by google. I used key word blocking, searched out the referrals, etc. All I get is they are aware but do nothing .

Google Cloud Platform appspot is part of it. Any ideas?

I think our historic society uses Google Cloud, I don't but I do post pictures and data about structures and repair to it.

The spammers would seem to be one of Google's customers.

It seems that the normal reports by email to Google get ignored.
The recommendation seems to be to file a report using this form:
https://support.google.com/code/contact/cloud_platform_report
