Here I am again: How install Google Play Store into Kindle Fire 10.1?
I've done some due diligence (YouTube) and tried these steps 2-3 times. The video says to install these 4 things in this order:
1- Go to the Fire browser ("Silk" ). Will have to go to Security/Privacy and enable Allow "Apps from Unknown Sources"
2- Google Account Manager 7.1.2 - (download, open, install)
3- Google Services Framework 9
4- Google Play Services 10.5.30 (armeabi-v7a)
5- Google Play Store 17.4.18
*************
The problem came with Google Play Services 10.5.30 - after Downloading/Opening, error message "Did Not Install"
* Did a Search on errors and one suggestion was to clear the cache and reinstall. Did so. Got the Play Store icon fine, but then was told to SignIn (but wasn't given a sign-in window, instead went to a permanent window of "Checking info ..." - nothing finishes here.

(62,626 posts)I have to look it up. It has been a while since I did this on a Fire 7.
From Android Police (Dec. 2019)
Download:
Google Account Manager v7.1.2
Google Services Framework v9-4832352
For these last two links, select the version closest to the top of the list which doesn't have "beta" in the name. Again, don't open the files yet.
Google Play Services (64-bit ARM, nodpi, Android 9.0+)
Google Play Store (universal, nodpi)
Install:
1. com.google.gsf.login
2. com.google.android.gsf
3. com.google.android.gms
4. com.android.vending
Once you have installed all four apps, hold down the power button, and tap 'Restart' to restart your tablet. Once it has booted back up, open the Play Store from the home screen and see if it works

(72,277 posts)NOT to open any of the individual apps after installing, only after all four have been installed. & my device is 32 not 64.
Will look at your link before trying again. Thanks.

(72,277 posts)So many confusing version numbers, although the link said to pick near the top of the list except no-Beta.
So the next to last time, didn't Open the downloads before installing, but did a Restart before installing, think should be after.
So uninstalled and Removed the downloads and did it all over again, and this time INSTALLED them all in order (again), and THEN did the Open thing. The Play Store icon is right there along with all the others, but clicking on the Sign In button is no-go. I have Gmail installed and live and there's a Google My Account icon installed and live, and can access the other stuff in the Google menu, but just NOT the Play Store.

(72,277 posts)Play store, I hit upon uninstalling *just* my own Downloads of it, and voila, the Play store icon in the Google menu now works!
But now the problem is that the app I want from the store is installed in the other device and doesn't allow for adding it to THIS device, just displays the Play store description page saying it's INSTALLED.
