youtube links in email?

so in the past when I shared a youtube video in email you would get the blue underlined url and the picture would also load below it (sometimes by hitting "enter" ). Now I am only getting the url text part and not the picture part. I have tested it with random videos and none of the preview pictures (if that's what it is called) are showing up. e.g.:



is there a fix for this as I like to have the preview.
