So I did the Apple up date for my iphone and now I cannot send pics to my people

who have androids. And yes MMS setting is on. Texting is ok. Every time I succumb and update something goes wrong. Something changed but I cannot find what happened. Also mass messages which include people with androids also not working any more. Any suggestions?

I think you might be stuck until the next update that fixes it.

I did a similar thing, I had a macbook and finally decided to update it to Catalina, and now it has unreliable internet connectivity. I don't know what to do. It is not that old and now it is a brick basically.

But it finally kicked the bucket after so many years. I was really happy when they came out with the new SE. It was about half of what comparable phones cost including other iPhones and it’s solid as.

Plus it fits in my pocket.

But you know that old joke about what the differences between iPhones and every other kind of phone?

Nothing, except iPhone users never shut up about it. Lol.

... Leave it to a fellow Kamaaina or Hawaiian to be so helpful. Now I need to find the time to get out that brick and make a call. Might not be until next weekend. I don't live in Hawaii any more, but I grew up there (from 10 until 18, then a few years later in my 20s) Now all I do is miss the warm trade winds, beautiful ocean vistas, and aroma of flowers.... very very homesick. I live in a nice place now (Napa), but nothing can compare to Hawaii.

I'm an IT Tech, but Windows and Microsoft and other corporate type products. They got me the macbook pro so I could learn how to use it. And it was going great, I really liked it.... until I bricked it.

I think most folks who don’t like apple don’t know that phone number exists.

Unless you recorded it somewhere or you still have the box it can be a little hard to get if the machine is bricked. Here’s hoping you’ve got the number. Now I save the IMEI #s

I have a windows question. Ok to ask you? 😬?

I know that iPads and iPhones have IEMI #s, didn't know that a macbook pro did. It is not totally bricked, I just can't get it to stay on the internet, so I should be able to find it. I have the original box somewhere I think as well.

Ask away I'm now officially of work and into my evening.

I just wiped the dust off of the macbook pro and logged in... and it is connected to the internet. Maybe it just needed a vacation. I love it when computers fix themselves.
