Best (2021) VPN?
Trying Surfshark, current offer of 27 months for about $60, 30days to cancel.
Having nothing to compare it to, seems to work fine.
Any others?

(7,715 posts)Some of the VPNs are very mainstream...others are a bit on the darkside, and I do wonder whether that immediately sends up red flags to whomever is monitoring this stuff.
There is a ton of info on this on the internet. Again, different VPNs have differing pros and cons.

(7,715 posts)We lived overseas, and I traveled a lot (prior to the pandemic). Having a VPN was key to seeing content in different countries where being in different locations posed a problem.
That's a pretty routine use of a VPN, and there are tons of those. If that's what you want it for, go for the best price (and make sure you're given a free trial period where you can make sure it works for the purposes you need.)
I'm sure you've already researched this, but here's an article you might find of use by googling "best VPN 2021": https://www.cnet.com/news/best-vpn/ . Beware of articles where the VPN pays for the endorsement!
