A newer one is more likely to already have one (or more) however

I have 3 in my PC ... a 500GB M.2 NVMe for my boot drive, and a 2x1GB SATA III Raid-0 array for storage.

Pretty good price for a good quality 500GB.

What I really want is a 2TB PCIEx 4.0 drive when they finally come down.
