Live feeds problem on a Chromebook

Hi all,

I have a Lenovo Chromebook with 4 GB RAM and MediaTek MT8173C Processor. I have been streaming the Big Brother Live Feeds from paramountplus.com.

I get too frequent Oh Snap! page errors. On a Windows machine, I just get the “are you still watching?” prompt after inactivity. But I only get those sometimes on my Chromebook. The Oh Snap! errors are annoying and not sure what to do.

I have tried allowing permissions on the page, clearing the Chrome browser cache and checking for updates. Those did not work.

Then realized probably you can't with a Chromebook!

Everyone i have that problem on my PC, I switch to Firefox and can get the stream.im not sure what causes the problem, because 90% of the time Chrome works fine.

You can install a different browser but it won’t run right. Hope that changes in the future.

If it is a Chrome issue, they likely have support I can contact.

There's one network (Food Network) that won't stream at all for me. And I was recently on a video conference- not Zoom, some proprietary event-planning software-- that I couldn't get on from Chrome. Usually it's fine, but these two sites= just couldn't get the video to go.
