(60,591 posts)I usually get the message when I'm shutting down, it will ask if I want to update and shut down, or update and restart.
Of course, we don't know a lot about your equipment or versions. I'm using windows 10, and I get updates on a somewhat regular basis. Did the message lock your cap lock key on as well?

It's normal. It's also recommended for most Windows users.
