MS-Outlook 2021 is unmitigated.....

dysenteric donkey dung. I have lost 500+ emails I had reason to keep, and after three WEEKS of work, I still cannot send/receive e-mails through the program.

No help requested, just a rant. Situation is beyond help.

Many email systems give you an app and web interface.

Hope you find them. If so, the app is deranged, and that's another matter.

It's not even a technical issue. I have explained the problem countless times. They have no clue and they don't care. I've had a lifetime of dealing with support issues and this is one of the cases of the worst service ever. Just a rant...I feel your pain.

They upgraded it and lost every email and every contact address.

Did not renew.
