Related: About this forumApp to learn how to type on iPad?
There's an app available to improve typing on an iPad. I'm thinking of trying it and wonder if anyone here has already.

(10,337 posts)My typing is still shit. Now, in what are supposed to be my golden years, you want to teach me all over again? lMFAO.
Child, I can barely see the keyboard, much less get my big, arthritic fingers to hit the right keys. How about you just learn this new skill and I just chase you off my lawn?
Edited to add that your skateboard makes so much fucking noise that I can't hear myself think!
I hope you have a good Halloween costume because that is the only reason I put up with you brats in the first place!

(16,081 posts)Well, I learned on a Seletric as well and am still an excellent typist on a keyboard. I've noticed I am almost a good typist on the ipad but it's like a baby learning to walk. As soon as I realized I'm actually doing it, I tart tp maje all kindss of miatakes! (in other words, fall no my ass)

I am a really good touch typist, but don't see the point of adding a keyboard to my iPad.

(16,081 posts)I think I could learn to do it better. I can tell I'm sort of getting it but once I start building up speed, I get freaked out and start typing gibberish. I don't see the point of attaching a keyboard either, but I'd like to be able to use the ipad more and think I would if I could actually type on it.
