Need some advice on how to d/l videos from the web

There is a series of training videos at this link:

That I would like to copy and put on disk. As these will only be used to view and not sell I am assuming no copyright issue pertains.

I've not needed to do this before so am a bit at a loss that vids are a bit more complicated to do this with than other media.

I did some searching and there are free apps out there to capture vids but they seem to be specific to certain sites only, for the most part. Sites like Youtube, etc.,

If I can't figure out a way to capture video, I use Snapz Pro to do a screen capture.

Easy YouTube Video Downloader 5.9

It will show a variety of options below the youtube video. Be sure to be on the direct page for the video, not the channel hosting the video. I use the MP4 option to get Quicktime movies. There are others.

If there is no Amazon or iTunes link to get an mp3, I use the mp3 option below the MP4, FLV, etc. options.

If for some reason this fails, there is another way to download mp3s. Make a bookmark of this site. It will make you go through a few hoops, but generally works to get the sound stripped off the video.

It will not covert the video if there is an issue of copyright or national boundary. Good luck.

The easiest way I know of is to go to http://www.keepvid.com/

You can enter the video url then tell it what format you want it in and it will download them to your computer
