I cannot find the cookies on my iMac

It used to be that on an old mail program there was a security tab where I could see, and clean, all the cookies.

Now I cannot.

Tried Disk Utility but did not find anything there.

Anyone can help?

Thanks

And then, Rubio for Congress??
