I believe if you slide one icon over another icon a folder will automatically be created.

... You can save files to the iCloud Drive app or Dropbox.
Is that what you are asking?

I somehow put my camera icon, and my photo icon into a single folder
freaked out bc I thought I had lost them both, till I spotted the new folder
You know how if you press down on your Home Screen and all the icons wiggle?
If you look in the upper right you will see a + sign, click it
But be careful you dont touch any other icon
