... You can save files to the iCloud Drive app or Dropbox.

Is that what you are asking?

I somehow put my camera icon, and my photo icon into a single folder … freaked out bc I thought I had lost them both, till I spotted the new folder …

You know how if you press down on your Home Screen and all the icons wiggle?
If you look in the upper right you will see a + sign, click it
But be careful you don’t touch any other icon …
