I just got the coolest app for my iPad.

Audubon Birds. Easy to use to identify and great photos. You can keep a life list. You can register with their site and find birds or get help identifying. Nice app. Special 99¢ for Audubon's birthday.

petersons is just imbedded in my brain now. glad to have it for my phone.

eta- got it for my phone i mean. i bet it is good on the pad.

So I showed her the app, then played some of the bird recordings. She almost began to cry with pleasure.

If you're looking for a great game for your iPad, might I suggest Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP to you? It's a great story, can be played in a few hours, but you have to really get it sometimes to progress further.
