Does anyone use the iPad Newsstand app?

I find it handier to just go to the publication web page with bookmarks.
All the publications are available and links to places like DU are just one click away.
I also don't have to wait for it to download. Pages are downloaded as you request them instead of all being downloaded in a lump.

It seems more limiting to have to subscribe to publications and download them and not have immediate links available to other web sites.

Has anyone found any advantage to Apple's Newsstand?

I was just with a friend who uses it and loves it. We played with it a bit and I do like how it works… at least on the SF Chronicle.
