Freedom Pop moves closer to free internet

http://freedompop.com

they just launched a kickstarter campaign. set $100,000 as target goal.

my question is, if they don't make the goal, does everyone get their money back?

actually, this particular ks campaign is for free 4g access on an iphone but that would entail free internet, of course.

But more importantly, the entire FreedomPop thing looks like vaporware (or a scam).

I don't see any actual demos on reputable news sites, only regurgitated press releases on tech blogs.
