When do we see a Harris/Ossoff-D ticket? 2024 or 2028?

If Biden-D decides to serve one term as President.
Harris-D will be the Democratic nominee for President in 2024. She picks US Senator Ossoff(D-GA) as her VP runningmate.
If Biden-D decides to serve two terms as President.
Harris-D will be the Democratic nominee for President in 2024. She picks US Senator Ossoff(D-GA) as her VP runningmate.
Before Ossoff-D gets on the Democratic Ticket, GA needs to elect Stacy Abrams-D to the Governorship in 2022.
