I hope after 2014 midterms, Obama just totally lets loose with his opinions on policy, etc. while he still has the bully pulpit. At that point, so what? You can't reasonably say you are moderating your tone for political purposes. Just out with some stone cold truths the way typically the "no chance in hell" presidential candidates to.
If done artfully, it could actually pave an easier path for the next Democratic nominee.
