been that way since Jan, 2009. Somehow, he's persevered. Whether we agree or disagree, President Obama is always on the job, always under a microscope. I don't think he will bomb Syria.

That great toon left out one other major consequence: If President Obama is refused by Congress and goes ahead anyway, as he has the power to do, they'll be calling for his head on a platter. Nothing they'd love more than to impeach him, no matter how thin the excuse or impossible the hope of conviction. It would be the GOP's version of a lynching.
