Sorry, I didn't see this earlier.. I kept looking at them over at the Obama Diary and being mesmerized by the significance.

At times like these we can really appreciate whose hands we are in as a country!

The hands, yes I was mesmerized by the picture.

I have a BA in Fine Art. I have always been taken by pictures of hands, and have drawn them many times. Like any picture, they tell a story.

I love these by Escher.

It's so cool that you can draw them! What a gift to be able to draw what you see or is in your mind's eye.

Hands have always fascinated me, too.. come to think of it, since a I was a young girl. They really are miraculous works of art and not only that.. think of all they can do. Like draw interesting pictures and beautiful paintings..

Express a tender moment..
