The President and First Lady left for South Africa this morning (8:10 EST), dont have the schedule yet for their time there, will post as soon as I do. According to Mark Knoller, the trip will take about 17 hours with a refueling stop.

I love the fact that the memorial will be held at a soccer stadium. I may be able to watch some of it, I work at 2. However I have to vote before work so will have to be getting ready earlier that usual.
I would love that you read this...sadly it was for the most part viewed by none. I was the only one that rec'ed it. The Nelson Mandela Foundation. It's worth the look.
