1. It's a Hillary syndrone, seems like there are some who is taking a couple of issues overboard.

From the possible candidates they are pushing sure does not have the experience necessary for the position of president of the US. I have been following Hillary for some years, perhaps not as long as I have followed Bill Clinton. I have looked at Hillary versus other possibilities and they do not measure up.

Right now we are looking at serious problems in trying to get control of ISIS. Do I think Hillary would take action, yes I do. For the candidates running without the ability to see the problem as it is. It scares me to think someone with out the ability to take action when needed.

2. Hillary was a great SOS, Hekate and as I said,I admire her.

She will be a strong candidate, I don't see the others that are being pushed here to be viable candidates.

"Hillary....has a sturdy Democratic record in many domestic policy areas. She intentionally built up her foreign policy creds via the Senate committees she served on, and then by accepting the post of Secretary of State. That much is known.

You are right she was never forgiven for that vote. She won't be forgiven for anything some believe as a misstep. She is being flamed today in GD for not going to the Climate Change March. She was there for the Clinton Foundation Awards with a very pregant Chelsea. Yet you know GD, Hekate. Flame and Blame.

Will I support her in the primary, we will see. Will I support her in the general, damn straight I will.

I will tell you one very important fact about her, she supports women. She supports Gender Equality not just here in the US but around the world.

to you Hekate.

3. I kept forgetting who, but someone is posting on her good voting record on various issues.

The simplistic bashing of HRC over one vote or a statement is overdone when one looks at her full voting record, which is anti-war, pro-environment, and trying to rein in business.

Of course, her record on women and healthcare does not matter to the bashers and ignored by the vast internet army of Hillary Haters. As if they ever cared about women and the poor, no matter how they howl. They just want to be superior. No doubt that is why they hate Obama, too.

Segretti is laughing. For over twenty years, the conservative media has set the tone, the left has swallowed it whole and refuse to give it up. The truth lies elsewhere, but they are going to hate her as much as Rush did.

They say they won't vote for HRC, calling her a snake and liar, and that they will vote third party or not at all. They even quote conservative sources to bash her with.

Because they don't agree with American populist icons who told us the two parties are different, nor do they heed the words of the UK socialist:

I kept the faith and I kept voting; Not for the iron fist but for the helping hand.

~ Billy Bragg

They are of this kind:

These Do-Nothings profess a commitment to social change for ideals of justice, equality, and opportunity, and then abstain from and discourage all effective action for change. They are known by their brand, 'I agree with your ends but not your means'.

~ Saul Alinsky

Yeah, I need to vent here, grateful for the BOG.

... progressives /liberals/ Democrats. And I do mean "alleged." The hatred directed at the Clintons some here display is as deep and blind as anything coming from the RW over the past 20 years.

I'm not really "back," just visiting for a spell. I'm sure you understand.

federal government or any Democrats, is like losing brain cells by the billions.

I am surprised at the Teabaggerish ignorance and refusal to think. DU is no longer a place for Democrats, liberals or progressives to discuss issues or strategies to win elections as such things are rapidly derailed.

It's inane. The cliques are getting old, repeating old themes and refuse to learn anything.

It's just too tedious at times.

Deciding which fools in GD (and elsewhere) to cross swords with has to be exhausting. Just remember what my dear old dad always said; only a jackass answers every donkey that brays.
