President Obama cries during gun violence speech

"

"

Sandy Hook. Say there names,

Sandy Hook victims names list, photos, bios

Start here.

Noah Pozner, 6, had a huge heart and he was so much fun, a little bit rambunctious, lots of spirit," Noah's aunt told CNN. "He was really the light of the room."

When a gunman opened fire inside a Connecticut elementary school, he cut short 26 lives. Six women were killed, in addition to 20 students -- twelve girls and eight boys. Here are details about their lives.

I have no clue why this continues unchecked. Why are there not laws preventing this and more? Why do politicians hold guns more dear than our children. Ef the GOP!

Citizens don't see guns as bad, and most people oppose regulation. The activism on this issue hasn't been effective. Activists need to look into how to grab attention or change minds. So far it just hasn't been effective.

If the speech and the image of Obama crying does not change a mind, nothing will. If the images of 26 that were shot to death, most who were babies. They were babies! What actually would grab your attention? Point, what grabs your attention. Ummm 30 babies dying. Maybe 50 is the number for you.

FYI THIS IS THE BARACK OBAMA GROUP! You are not welcome.

IIRC, he said not being able to pass any gun control measures was the biggest frustration of his presidency.

His responses seems very honest, and he stopped holding back his words. I may have said more than he did, but not sure if I could have ever said it better. He did good. Until our nation figures out how to curb guns we will have these problems. Not that taking them away will solve all of the issue, we need help for the mentally damaged and hurting, we need economic options for those who have no better ways, we also need to stop killing over seas...as much as I hate it when there is a bombing in a American friendly place there are the other countries that call us racist or imperialists for ignoring the others that have died over there...there are so many that have died. I have no clue how to solve this, I have no clue how to tell our govt to stop doing drone strikes that have civilian loses. I love Obama's spirit, how he stood up to the crap that was thrown at him, but I always feel sad for him knowing how many innocents die from his/our drone strikes, and that detracts from taking these shootings at home with full gravity. Saying we shouldn't handle one crisis because of another is also wrong. There is just so much death it is sad.
