(Newsweek) Ahomeless Florida man wanted to get to jail his own way.

Joseph Leedy, 40, intentionally crashed into a Florida jail's lobby doors Monday night and then proceeded to make "homicidal statements" while throwing rubber snakes on the floor, video from the Martin County Sheriff's Office obtained by Newsweek shows.

He was charged with four counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and criminal mischief of over $1,000, which is a felony after driving a car into the Martin County Jail.
