Smuggler caught with hundreds of tarantulas strapped to body
A man has been caught trying to smuggle hundreds of endangered spiders and insects out of Peru.
Officials stopped the 28-year-old Korean citizen, who had hidden the animals about his person, as he tried to leave the capital Lima.
The creatures are now being cared for by wildlife protection authorities.

Video at link: in ziploc bags with filter paper, strapped around his body. 35 juvenile tarantulas (body about 3 inches long), 258 baby tarantulas, 110 centipedes (size unknown) and 9 bullet ants (god knows why).
