2012 - Take back the House

Now is the time to work in the individual districts to shore-up those needing it and going after weak republicans. They've shown who they are, we need to keep that horrible image in every American's mind so come election day, the American public will flush the turds floating around in the House.

Anytime you're talking with retired people, or people about to retire, remind them they may have no medical assistance if the republicans succeed in gutting medicare. Social Security is just a ripe monetary fruit for these republicans to pick and hand to their rich corporate masters.

Call your local radio shows, send story suggestions about these topics with facts and figures to your local TV news shows. Just because the over-all media is corporate owned, doesn't mean there are no avenues to get this information out to your local voters. Print flyers, write letters to the editor (helps if you have groups sending letters, at least one is bound to hit the paper), and volunteer for a local candidate. I say all that because if you're like me, all I have is myself, oh I will give money when I can. But, I know how hard times are now and believe me it won't get better until we beat back the beast of corporatism. They are not people, therefore they are not the government our Constitution guaranteed us, "We the people..."

It's time. It's past time. Self Governance is what this nation was born for and we're tired of being beaten for believing in equal justice, domestic tranquility, a common defense, and the promotion of the general welfare of a more perfect Union.

My Congressman is solidly liberal. Xavier Becerra. He is just everything a district could want and more.

I don't think he will meet with serious competition for a long time. Yesterday evening, he talked to voters at a local school.

This morning he talked to seniors at the Senior Citizens' Center.

Just a great guy and a brilliant man. We are so lucky. We need a lot more like him in Congress.

I do not think giving the house to any particular party is good for anyone this day and age. We need to take it back, the american voters. There are lots of theories as to how so the best alternative is simple, VOTE OUT ALL THE INCUMBENTS. This group in congress took vacations when they had budgets to manage. The tried to derail anything of the opposing party just to take advantage of the turmoil currently going on, while the average american suffered. FOR WHAT??? To put forth your own parties agenda? What happens to the everyday worker when they cannot agree with their own co-workers?? They get fired!! How many of the these mudslinging campaigns do we have to endure?? Who wants that fat bastard newt gingrich in office?? Looks like a GW bush wannabe. We need a new type of politician in office. One that is business minded that realizes that there is no such thing as a free lunch in this world. One that will not entertain lobbyists and their biased agenda on behalf of some greedy corporation. Money is very much becoming a civil liberty issue as long as others are keeping it from the masses.
