Question about DOJ strategy regarding Jan 6th insurrection

To the attorneys among us: Do you think the DOJ is waiting until the Special Committee completes it's investigation to make a public move on any of the major players behind the insurrection?

1. Why would DOJ do that? Why wait till toothless subpoenas were ignored till real subpoena get

It appears to me, given this analysis, the situation leans toward DOJ action against Bannon. I certainly hope so.
