They claim they actually talk to delegates, not just guess how they'll vote.
I don't usually care for Politico, but it's too easy to ruin your reputation completely if you fudge numbers.

... seem to cover Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Is there any place that does offer that sort of real time coverage?
