At this point with NJ NM ND and SD returns

Sanders would need 77% of the delegates from CA, MT, and DC to receive the majority of pledged votes.

Now it is with NJ MT NM ND SD returns.

Sanders would need 79.6% of the delegates from CA and DC to receive the majority of pledged votes.

It is more precise than any of the major media. They just apply their results on all of the delegates.
