Paul Ryan and his GOP pals using old failed playbook with these hearings, this makes me happy.

Every time a Clinton is running for something, the republicans open the old dusty drawer and pull out the same script. Out comes the fabricated scandal followed by looooonnngg drawn out hearings and fake outrage. Then, the Clintons win. Never, ever, has this strategy stopped a Clinton from winning. Bill left office with high ratings, and Hillary's gotten everything she has run for (except in 08, but that had nothing to do with the GOP). These stupid hearings... I've SEEN this movie already. You'd think republicans would learn. This script always has the same ending. Thanks idiots!

And doesn't Paul Ryan have one of those faces that begs for a shoe print on it? Thought I'd mention that.

Didn't he tsk-tsk about politicizing the House??

He truly is a despicable man, and I am embarrassed that the people of Janesville, Wisconsin, keep returning this weasel to Washington.

There are so many good reasons for Charlie Pierce to nickname Ryan "the zombie-eyed granny starver." I've also heard Ryan likened to Eddie Munster--seems a strong resemblance there, but I do hate to disparage the Munsters by the comparison.
