"Thats the Math. Jill Stein does not have the slightest chance of winning anything. People who advocate for Jill Stein are effectively wandering off into the woods and jerking off. Meanwhile by enabling a party that relishes raping and pillaging the planet, endangering, torturing and slaughtering wildlife and livestock these self-serving intellectual prima donnas would only find themselves naked and afraid standing in a desiccated forest holding onto their spent peniss withering in their sticky hands. They wanted to achieve a more perfect union, but to no avail. Today, in 2016, these Steinway greenies are helping to promote the decades of fact devoid extreme right wing propaganda about Hillary whilst never bothering to get the actual facts about her. All to save one bloody tree. This is quite embarrassing for me and it makes environmentalist just look stupid. To people who now find themselves attacking Hillary, to Hillary haters, please stop picking up your fruits from the poisoned tree of the Stupidparty: what you need are the facts."

(931 posts)...The electoral process doesn't make it feasible. What don't third party candidates and supporters understand about that?

(5,648 posts)If Stein ha a chance a legitimate chance to win those leaning in here direction would have go think long and hard about whether they really want to have someone as unqualified as she is running the country.
Since she has absolutely no chance to win they feel it is safe to vote for here. You have to worry about people who can rationalize their vote for Stein in that manner - "I can vote for her because she has no chance to win" - requires a tortured brand rationalization.

(71,021 posts)They elect the Republicans ...this is why Democrats can't have nice things like single payer and income equality legislation. Next, those folks blame the Democratic party for not giving them a 'progressive' agenda when they themselves destroyed any chance of that happening...Think about 2010 and 2014. How much better off would all Americans be had the Greens and the 'hold their feet to the fire' crowd supported the president. And already you see them pouncing on Hillary. The Greens are traitors to all things progressive and if you vote for them...you are really are betraying liberalism.

(1,630 posts)Ignorant people can be excused for making mistakes because they 'don't know what they do'. That is not the case with Greens. They DO know what they are doing and willfully prevent the kind of progress our country and planet need and then have the audacity to act like victims of the Party they have undermined. No respect for FrankenStein and anyone voting for her.

(10,893 posts)pandering to anti-vaxxers, she comes off as an opportunist who vaguely attacks Democrats (while mostly ignoring Republicans) whenever she can, she doesn't focus enough on working to build a foundation for her party on the local level, her campaign thrives on blind cynicism rather than details, and she is simply an ineffective messenger for the environmentalist movement. I'm not a fan of JS's campaign approach, and I'd never vote for her.
