On June 7, 2023, the Sonora Prosecutor's Office received, from the Transnational Anti-Gang Center (CAT) based in El Salvador, the request to apprehend 24-year-old Anderson Omar N. He is considered a priority target by El Salvador for being a member of Mara Salvatrucha, allegedly having committed various crimes, and being a fugitive from the anti-gang offensive imposed by President Nayib Bukele. "El Dino" fled El Salvador, traveled through Guatemala, and settled in Hermosillo, Sonora in 2020.
Anderson Omar, "El Dino", a 24-year-old member of the Mara Salvatrucha gang has two current arrest warrants. One for aggravated homicide and terrorism, as well as for the crime of aggravated kidnapping. After his arrest, he was deported to El Salvador where he will likely be placed in the Center for the Confinement of Members of the Mara Salvatrucha/MS-13 have sought refuge in Mexico to avoid being arrested by authorities in El Salvador and the United States.

Mara Salvatrucha/MS-13, as well as Barrio 18/18th Street, make up some of the most violent gangs in Central America, as its presence extends to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. (19,312 posts)A "friend" steered me toward that site years ago. Let's just say they post some of the most horrible, and I do mean HORRIBLE, videos I've ever witnessed. Things you can't erase from your mind once you've seen them.
I know it's factual imagery of cartel ruthlessness, but I don't ever want to see anything like that again. Man's inhumanity to man, writ large.
