Colombia declares state of emergency over deadly attacks - NBC News



Colombian President Gustavo Petro issued a state of emergency after violent attacks between two armed groups killed several people and forced others to evacuate. NBC News' David Noriega has more on the deadly attacks.

The main newspaper is a little tabloid-lke in its emphasis of various points. But the fact of tens of thousands of refugees sleeping in the soccer stadium is disturbing. Most available hotel rooms have also been taken by refugees.
