http://www.state.gov/secretary/remarks/2015/03/238829.htmParts of this contain major echoes from all he has said for more than a decade. I think this was a more enjoyable speech before an appreciative than his patient attempts to explain to Rubio in the SFRC yesterday that we really aren't holding back against ISIS to avoid Iran getting angry.
Even that though was likely less annoying than getting questioned on Clinton's emails.

Look, I know most of the damage that will be done is irreversible, but dammit I am not going to live long enough to see Rick Scott drown and I want to. And I am not kidding.

on a Florida beach. Parts of this country have really gone crazy.

closing comments from the MC, to Sec. Kerry:
MR. KEMPE: So in closing, let me just say three or four years ago, the Atlantic Council gave you its Global Citizen Award in conjunction with the UN General Assembly, not knowing how much you would now be further earning it with your miles on the ground. We want to thank you not just for your work on climate change, which is absolutely historic and groundbreaking, but really your visionary, principled, and tireless leadership at a time we know is historically challenging. Thank you. (Applause.)
This praise is SO well-deserved. This is what a true patriot looks like.

It is amazing having watched what JK does for as long as we have, we know how long and consistently he worked with China and India - ending in those recent agreements.
