Years ago, even before the 2004 primaries.
I can't believe age will disable his chances for POTUS. And he's smart enough to get the best advice before he makes final decisions.
I just love that man. How I envied those old ladies he hugged at the oaths ceremony at the White House.
Ezra's so young compared to me, but we seem to see Joe somewhat alike. Amazing.

. . . the White House website is featuring a petition to let Biden star in his own reality show. Its a good idea, I think. Why dont we call it the 2016 presidential campaign?
on edit: Having finished the entire article, Biden as VP was the wisest decision Obama made. I wish some of his other choices were as stellar.
