That may well kill the party.

Even without filing deadlines, he has absolutely no staff or structure to run for President.

Or if there's a deadlocked convention, Biden would be the Establishment's natural choice.

also currently running for President, and garnering delegates along the way. Maybe I'm wrong? Maybe Hillary is the only one still in the race? Gosh, I wonder what I could be thinking.
