I always read that part. On the Tandil, it's 6.00 percent sodium hypochlorite.

Make the packages smaller but charge the same. It has gotten so much worse in the past few years.

Some years back, Clorox bragged about their new stronger concentrate percentage but they ignored the fact that a gallon became three quarts. This resulted in less total cleaning power.
I don't think they even list the % anymore.

The hollow roll in toilet paper gets a larger diameter while the outside diameter stays large.
