Wasn't TWTR announcement a joke? I thought significant positions had to be disclosed around 4%, not 9%. Wasn't Musk's announcement disruptive to a free market? He made billions on the $12 move, but the little guy zippo, it jumped $10 on Monday's open. I don't think this differs much from bag holders, downgrades at the bottom or upgrades at the top. And what a GAP the chart shows for that $10 move. Every gap is always filled sometime. Are there any billionaires ready to support Elon's TWTR with big purchases over $50?
