Seattle Celebration 🎉

Last week, Starbucks workers in Seattle threw a party with allies to celebrate the recent agreement and ongoing discussions between our union and Starbucks. In case you missed it, SBWU announced that we’ve taken a giant step forward by entering discussions for a foundational framework around bargaining and organizing.

This is thanks not only to our persistence as a union, but the solidarity and support of all our friends, customers, and allies 🫶 We couldn’t have gotten here without everyone speaking up alongside us, and our 10,000 members can’t thank you all enough! Share the photos on social media to spread the solidarity.

We still have work left to do, but we’ve never been more optimistic that 2024 is going to be a monumental year for Starbucks partners across the country. If you’re an ally that wants to keep up with our progress toward a contract, sign our No Contract No Coffee pledge.

And if you’re a Starbucks partner, NOW is the time to organize to make sure your voice is represented as we move forward. Click here to get connected with an organizer in your area!
