Position: Associate Director of Development

Description: Be a vital part of a two-person Development Department. The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Director of Development in all development and fundraising initiatives, including but not limited to:

* Annual membership sale
* Annual appeal
* Grant-seeking and grant management
* Sponsorship, in-kind and fiscal
* Special events, fundraising and cultivation
* Member/donor relations and communications
* Board communications and meeting logistics
* Database management
* Copy writing and proofreading

Requirements:

* 4-year college degree
* 2 years experience in not-for-profit fundraising environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Passion for the Cinema Arts Centre’s mission, to bring the best in cinematic artistry to Long Island, and use the power of film to expand the awareness and consciousness of our community.
