Five Things You Should Stop Doing in 2012

http://blogs.hbr.org/cs/2011/12/five_things_you_should_stop_do.html

My boss sits closeby and typically alerts me to an email we have received withing 3 seconds and expects me to reply before 30 seconds have passed. I know that's crazy. When we request help, most of our service providers see it as optional to reply at all. I know some big successful companies, that actually make money, have tech support teams that are allowed to reply "Denied" to some support request. That would be amazing!
