Are there any business professionals here?

I'm going to college part time. I'm a senior and I can graduate in December of 2014 if I take the shortest path to my degree. If I do that, I'll have a bachelor's degree in business administration with no additional concentration of study or minor. I'm considering taking an accounting concentration of study, either the CMA or the CPA track. The CMA track will take 9 extra months and the CPA an extra year of study.

Another thing I'm also considering is becoming fluent in Spanish. I can do that outside of school. Is there a demand for business people who can speak English and Spanish? Would having that ability make me a more desirable employee?

Which way would you go? Another thing to consider is that I'm 40, so I don't have as much time as a traditional college student.
