Advice or good discussion forums on starting a business...?

Hey, I was just thinking that "career" doesn't need to mean working for another business. One's career could also be having your own business right?

For a very long time, I've been wanting to chat with other people with the same mindset, entrepreneurial types who have lots of ideas and just need motivation to make them happen. Right now, actually my wife is the one who really is going to do this. She is getting laid off in a couple months and plans to become independent business woman, creating art, doing things she has a passion for. I have a few ideas too.

So does anyone know of any good discussion forums out there, where I can ask questions about business and just talk leisurely (someplace that is more democratic would be a huge bonus too)?
